The sign-ups for Babe Ruth, Prep thru A for all 13, 14 and 15 year old players will be at Northfield Community School on the following dates and times:
Friday, February 8, 2008 ----------- 6pm-8pm
Thursday, February 14, 2008 ----- 6pm -8pm
Saturday, February 16, 2008 ------ 10am - 12 noon
Saturday, March 1, 2008 ------------ 10am - 12 noon
Cost will be $90 per player, check made payabel to NASA along with a copy of your childs birth certificate.
Interested players or parents can call Ted Khoury at work from M-F 9:30am - 4:30pm at 823-2400 ext 5 or leave a message on his home machine at 484-8507.

Prep eligibilty is as follows: born between May 1, 1994 - April 30, 1996
A & B: born between May 1, 1992 - April 30, 1994

I just read the latest letter to the editor in last week's Current. I did not go the NASA meeting tonight as usual, as I was busy doing "my stuff" that did not include volunteering hours and hours of time to coach or raise money for our programs or attend meetings which make the whole program work. Has anyone bothered to thank all of the dedicated parents who do all this stuff for "our" kids? Just in case not, I really appreciate all that you guys do and hope that the coaches, commissioners and all of you involved in NASA know that the majority of parents like me, who pay the dues, do the snack bar once or twice and attend the games, are really in awe of all that you do for our kids.
